Surprising news (not): sexual orientation has nothing to do with choice.
When will humanity give up its quest to find the “cause” of homosexuality? Not any time soon, it seems.
Scientists tested over 400 gay men’s DNA and found that genes on at least two chromosomes affected a man’s sexuality. And, in typical scientific ambiguous fashion (we can’t expect to have all the answers, can we?) the gene only contributes to the likelihood that its owner will be homosexual. It’s not the determining factor.
